Period: 30 days

You can return the shoes up to 30 days after receiving them, provided that:

• The shoes were only tried on and not worn.
• The shoes appear as they were originally sent.
• The shoes are returned in their original box.

The return label is included the box (be/nl).

To make it easy for you, there is a self-adhesive return label included in the box for Belgium and the Netherlands.

You can drop off the package at Bpost or at a Bpost point. Or... to the postman when he brings your exchange package.

If you prefer, you can choose another courier to return the package. In that case, do not use the attached label, but have one printed at your courier.

The return cost will be deducted from the refund

For Belgium the return cost is €4.95, which will be charged at the time of refund. You will therefore receive your original amount minus the return cost back into your account.

For other countries, you need to arrange your return yourself. The return cost thus depends on the chosen carrier.

As soon as your package arrives with us, your return will be processed

Refund on the day of arrival.

We refund the return amount as soon as we receive the shoes.

Your refund will always be processed through the same payment method. Except for technical problems, they are processed on the same day. The refund itself can take from 24 hours to several days, depending on your bank.
